1. Introduction

Welcome to TerraWheel Auto. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, located at Lornie Road, Singapore. By accessing our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use TerraWheel Auto's services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Service Performance & Liability

TerraWheel Auto provides professional car detailing, ceramic coating, and paint protection film (PPF) services. While we use industry-leading techniques and products, customers acknowledge that:

• Vehicles are inspected prior to service; any pre-existing damage will be noted.
• TerraWheel Auto is not liable for structural mechanical failures of the vehicle during detailing.
• Ceramic coatings require specific aftercare. Failure to follow the provided maintenance guide may void performance expectations.

3. Payments and Bookings

To ensure premium service quality, the following payment terms apply:

• A deposit may be required to secure booking slots for high-intensity services like ceramic coating or PPF.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service and before the vehicle is released to the customer.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee.

4. Vehicle Collection

Vehicles must be collected within 4 hours of the agreed completion time. TerraWheel Auto reserves the right to charge a storage fee for vehicles left overnight without prior arrangement. We treat every vehicle with the utmost care while on our premises at Lornie Road.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
